The program Real Estate in the company A1, d. d. is kept watched over by a topmost team of people with expert knowledge and experiences from fields such as development and real estate management.

The real estate department takes cares of the following:

• the development of real estate projects (from the development of location to sale or lease of real estate);
• The execution of  engineer services (from the development of location to management and control of projects in their building state);
• the management of its own real estates.
